  Western States marriage index has a record of Ambrose marrying a Mary Williamson in Logan, Cache, Utah 8 Mar 1893. This would be after his first wifes death. From: Cheri Haggard : cheri@HEALTHandFAMILY.com Thomas Hibbert and Ann Rowland: oldest son, twin to AmbrosineAmbrose and his wife and daughter went to America before rest of Thomas Hibbert family. He met his mother and that group when they arrived in Wyoming. Went by wagon and team to Paris, Idaho. They lived with Ambrose for about 2 months.Ambrose Hibbert: 1862 cotton panic. The clergyman at Church of England gave him a corduroy suit.started school at age 6 with Ambrosine. At 10, left school to work in the coal mine. for $1.75 per weeklived with Samuel and Betty Bradbury (Ambrose's father's sister) At 11 left the coal mine to work in the Gibraltar Cotton Mill (on the Thames River in Cheshire about 1 mile from home) Attended Methodist Sunday School - met Sarah Nield. Had 8 children with SarahAfter marriage lived in Godley, north of Hyde. Became member of good templers - pledge to abstain from intoxicating drinks. Heard of Mormons. Baptized, started to distribute tracts. Funeral services will be held in the Lincoln Ward Chapel Sunday at 12:30 p.m. with Bishop Willard Richards in charge. Interment will be in the Upton Cemetery. Friends may call at 38 East Seventh South today and tomorrow, and at the home prior to the services Sunday. Mr. Hibbert a son of Thomas and Anna Rowland Hibbert, was born in Gee Cross, Cheshire, England, March 21, 1857. He came to the United States in (1890?) , and moved to Salt Lake in 1928. He is survived by four daughters, Mrs. James R. McNiven, Burlington, Wyoming. Mrs. Amanda Webster, Caldwell, Idaho, Mrs. D. Ray Stone and Mrs. M.A. Nelson, Salt Lake: five sons. Thomas N. Hibbert, St. Anthony, Ida. John N. Hibbert, Ashton, Ida; Owen, Julian and Mark Hibbert, Salt Lake; three sisters, Mrs. Mark Sutton, Mrs. J. O. Davis, Salt Lake; Amanda H.
